stores and shares information when you use our mobile apps, website, and related services
(collectively, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information needed to provide business cash management features.

Account and profile data: full name, email, phone (if provided), company name,
role (owner/employee), profile image, language/currency preferences.

Operational business data: employee invitations, employee status, purchases,
receivings, balance entries, notes, categories, timestamps, payment mode, and attached files/receipts.

Billing and subscription data: package selections, subscription status,
product/plan identifiers, transaction references, renewal/expiry timestamps, seat counts.

Authentication/security data: login method (email/password, Google, Facebook, Apple),
tokens/identifiers needed to secure sessions, and security audit records.

Device and app diagnostics: app version, OS/device type, push notification tokens,
crash/diagnostic data for reliability and fraud/security monitoring.

Support communications: help and feature request submissions,
including message content and contact details you provide.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain and improve the Service.
- Authenticate users and enforce owner/employee permissions.
- Process subscriptions, entitlement checks, and billing support workflows.
- Deliver notifications related to account activity and operational events.
- Protect against abuse, unauthorized access, and fraud.
- Respond to support requests and product feedback.
- Measure app performance and conversion outcomes for advertising (see section 5).
3. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)
Depending on your jurisdiction, we process personal data on one or more of these bases:
contract performance, legitimate interests (service security/improvement), legal obligations,
and consent (including tracking consent where required by law).
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that support our operations, such as:
- Cloud infrastructure, storage, and notifications.
- Authentication and sign-in providers (Google, Meta/Facebook, Apple).
- Payment/subscription platforms (e.g., Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play).
- Analytics, crash, and measurement services used by the app and backend.
We only share the minimum data needed for each purpose and require appropriate contractual safeguards.
5. Advertising, Analytics and Conversion Tracking
Cashlytix may send install and subscription conversion events to measurement/ads systems such as
Google Analytics/Firebase and Google Ads integrations, Meta Conversions API, and Apple SKAdNetwork/AdServices
attribution where supported.

Consent-based behavior: in regions where consent is legally required, tracking events are
sent only after required consent conditions are met.

Prompt timing: consent is requested after you enter the app experience (for example after signup/login)
and can be requested again before subscription if needed.

User control: users can review/change tracking preference from app Settings.

iOS: App Tracking Transparency (ATT) may apply. If ATT permission is denied,
iOS tracking signals may be limited.
6. International Transfers
We may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for
cross-border transfers.
7. Data Retention
We retain data as long as necessary to provide the Service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse,
and comply with legal obligations.
- Active account/company data is retained while the account remains active.

If an owner deletes the company account, company-linked users and related operational records are removed
according to our deletion workflow, subject to technical and legal constraints.
8. Account Deletion and Subscription Notes

Owner deletion: owners can request permanent account deletion from Settings.
This removes owner/company data, employee accounts, and related operational records as implemented by the app.

Employee deletion: employees cannot self-delete the whole company workspace;
owner controls employee lifecycle.

Subscription handling: billing links are canceled/ended where platform APIs permit.
For Apple subscriptions, user-managed cancellation in App Store may still be required by platform rules.
9. Security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data. No system is 100% secure,
but we continuously improve security controls and monitoring.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data,
and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

Cashlytix is intended for business use and is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law.
